The third and final (for now) Give Away of 2 boxes of pectin and 2 copies of Preserving with Pomona's Pectin, by Allison Carroll Duffy and us, is now happening.
To complement it, we are sharing with you the Sunrise Marmalade recipe from the book that you see in the picture. If you like Carrot Cake, you'll love this marmalade. Click on the link at the bottom of this post to get the recipe.
Allison has written a guest blog post that includes a recipe for Wild Blackberry Jam. You'll find that link at the bottom of this page also.
GIVE AWAY DETAILS
This September Give Away is open to residents of the U.S. and Canada.
The September entry dates are from September 18 through September 25.
The Give Away is hosted here on our website. We have announced each Give Away by emailing everyone on our U.S. & Canada Jam Notes subscription list, by posting a link to this Give Away blog page on our Pomona's Pectin, For Jam & Jelly Facebook page, and by tweeting about each one. (If you don't already receive Jam Notes, you can sign up in the sidebar to the right.)
We are doing the Give Away through Rafflecopter. Sign in and enter the Give Away using the box below. Everyone gets 2 free entries; additional entries are also possible.
Leaving a comment on this blog post does not enter you into the Give Away. But we do love your comments if you care to make one.
If you've never entered a Rafflecopter give away, click here for a video and diagram of how it works.
Winners will be randomly chosen. We will email the winners to send us their mailing address. The names of the winners will be posted on the Pomona's Pectin website blog 48 hours after the giveaway ends. Our two winners from the July Give Away were Marilyn Godfrey in Oregon and Elaine Jacobs in Maryland. The winners of the August Give Away are Lynn Lackoff of Maine and Sandy H. of Missouri.
You can get the Sunrise Marmalade recipe here.
You can read Allison's guest blog post and get her new recipe for Seedless Wild Blackberry Jam here.

I have recently started jam making and canning… I love Pomona’s Pectin! I love the small batch recipes and the fact that I can make jam with very low sugar.

I have been using Pomona’s thirty years and LOVE the stuff. I am always disappointed with the results when I use anything but.

Always wanted to learn how to make jams or jellies with the fruit I have growing; usually I just freeze it.

Love making jams & jellies to give as gifts & most of the people I make them for are diabetic so this is perfect for making low & no sugar jams 🙂 Love Pomona’s!

Pomonas is the best! I love being able to determine the size of the batch as well as how sweet I want it, and what sweetener to use. Soo much better than other pectins. And I love getting ideas like the ginger peach; that was a huge hit at my house.
Debi
I love using Pomona’s, especially when I can use less sugar in recipes.
